Damage Deposit
A security deposit of $500.00 USD is required for all bookings.
Guest(s) will be responsible for any damage they cause to the property during their stay. In the event of damages, all or a portion of the security deposit will be withheld for cleaning, repairs or replacement costs as applicable.
This security deposit is 100% refundable within 5-7 business days after guest(s) departure date if the property is returned in a condition similar to condition of the property upon move-in.
Cancellation Policy
Payments are 100% refundable if cancellation requests are received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Payments are 50% refundable if cancellation requests are received between 30 and 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Payments are 100% non-refundable if cancellation requests are received 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date.
Payment Terms
Payment in full must be made at time of booking for all reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Reservations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. Full payment is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Payment of your booking constitute your agreement that you have read, agreed to and accepted the terms, conditions and restrictions stated on this website.
