Chatham @ Watermill Villa is an elegant 4 bedroom townhouse located within a secure gated community on Old Fort Bay Beach in Mammee Bay Area of St. Ann and only a 5 minute drive from the famous Dunns River Falls, Dolphins Cove, Mystic Mountain and 10 minutes from the lively town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
The open concept 2 story villa has 4 spacious and comfortable air conditioned bedrooms that sleeps a total of 8 persons. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa. Guests can prepare to relax and enjoy delicious meals prepared by your own private chef/housekeeper in-house at Watermill Villas

How far is it away from the airport?
- It is about 60 minutes from the Kingston airport and 90 minutes from the Montego Bay airport.
Does the chef and staff come with the cost?
- Yes. The house comes with a private chef who will cater to the guests dietary needs while other staff will clean and tidy the rest of the house.
Do you do all inclusive pricing?
- Yes. For an additional small fee, we can work with you ahead of your arrival to pull together a menu for all the days of your stay. We would then shop stock food, liquor and snacks before your arrival. Life is that easy!
Do you offer transportation services?
- Yes. We work with a local transportation company and can arrange airport pick-ups as well as trip around town. The services are prompt, great quality and reasonably priced.
Can you help organize COVID test results?
- Yes. We work with a local doctor's office that is a 5 minute drive away from the villa. You get same day results that can be used to travel.
