This villa is conveniently located with easy/direct access to the North Coast Highway and the North South Highway. Approximately 45 minutes from Kingston and 1 hour from Montego Bay airport. Your stay at Chatham @ Watermill Villas gives you access to the beautiful private beach and modern amenities including a swimming pool, outdoor shower area, outdoor grill and BBQ area, washer/dryer and a beautiful courtyard.
What are the rates?
$450 - 500 USD per night dependent on season, plus processing fees
Rates are quoted per night based on the entire 4 bedroom villa. 3 night minimum. Rates do not include cost of food, alcohol or booking processing fee

The cook/housekeeper will assist with planning the menu for your stay and prepare your meals. If guests need assistance with grocery shopping the staff will be happy to arrange or assist. Pre-stocking of food and alcohol to prepare for your arrival can be arranged during your booking process.
